Synopsis of The Mandalorian & GroguThe film follows Din Djarin and his apprentice Grogu on a mission to hunt remnant Imperial forces for the New Republic.
The plot centers on Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu being enlisted by the New Republic to hunt down remaining Imperial war criminals in the Outer Rim. A major part of their mission involves rescuing Rotta the Hutt—son of Jabba the Hutt—who has been kidnapped by Imperial forces to force the Hutts into an alliance with Imperial warlords.
The cast includes Pedro Pascal returning as Din Djarin/The Mandalorian. Sigourney Weaver joins the cast as Ward, a colonel and leader of the New Republic's Adelphi Rangers who previously served as a pilot for the Rebel Alliance. Also joining the cast is Jeremy Allen White as Rotta the Hutt, the son of deceased crime lord Jabba the Hutt.
